Run for Resilience: Support Youth Wrestling!
"Wrestling taught us to fight for every inch — now we run to give the next generation a fighting chance."
This Memorial Day Weekend, Buffalo Wrestling Foundation board member and former wrestler David Constantine will lace up his running shoes to complete the Buffalo Marathon — but he’s not just running for himself.
He’s running for the next generation.
David’s goal is to raise $2,000 to support the life-changing programs of the Buffalo Wrestling Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, leadership, and the sport of wrestling.
Every dollar raised will go directly to providing access to training, gear, guidance, and opportunities for young athletes who need it most.
How You Can Help
Our Goal: $2,000
Every gift matters.
Every mile counts.
Every young athlete deserves a chance to win
— on and off the mat.

Meet David
A proud alum of Coach James Cunningham’s Canisius High School wrestling program and now a Buffalo Wrestling Foundation board member, David knows firsthand the impact of a strong foundation. His journey from young wrestler to coach and mentor proves what happens when young people are given the tools to grow.
This run is his way of giving back — and inviting you to be part of something bigger.
